Mark Davies is the Global Managing Partner and Founder of the international immigration law firm, Davies & Associates, LLC. He is also the Chair for the Global Business and Investor Visa team, whose areas of practice include obtaining investor visas (EB5, L1 and L2), as well as other areas of investment business. Davies assists clients from around the world in navigating through all levels of the EB5 process, aiding them in their quest for EB5 visa and subsequent green card status. Having been a General Counsel, Davies advises major corporations, investors, nonprofits and business leaders.

Davies immigrated to the United States 25 years ago and later naturalized, making him keenly aware of the issues, questions and concerns clients might have during the stages from application to naturalization. It’s because of his tireless dedication to clients and his team that he was recognized by the White House for his service in the legal field.

Davies holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a law degree from a university in the United Kingdom and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s prestigious Wharton School of Business.
